1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the Fenixperience Platform (“Platform”),
you acknowledge, represent, and warrant that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and other referenced policies.
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.
- You consent to the use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy under UAE PDPL laws.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Platform Services
Fenixperience provides a hybrid digital and in-person networking ecosystem offering:
- User profiles and community interactions
- Professional and creative portfolios
- Messaging and communication tools
- Event listings, hosting, and participation
- Ticketing, booking, and access management
- Secure online payments and subscriptions
- B2B networking and collaboration solutions
- Mentorship, coaching, and professional development tools
The Platform enables users to share, communicate, participate in events, engage professionally, and build digital or offline connections.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Under 18 requires verified parental or guardian consent.
- Legally capable of entering agreements
- Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
- Avoid fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior
Fenixperience may require identity or age verification and may suspend accounts that fail verification.
4. Account Accuracy, Security & Suspension
You must maintain accurate account information and protect your login credentials.

- Report unauthorized access immediately
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for false information, suspicious activity, or violations.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Content & Misrepresentation
- No harmful, abusive, illegal, or offensive content
- No impersonation or misrepresentation
- No IP or privacy rights violations
5.2 Security & System Integrity
- No hacking, breaching, or tampering
- No malware or harmful code
- No data scraping or unauthorized automation
5.3 Abuse & Illegal Use
- No spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior
- No fraudulent or illegal activities
- No involvement in unauthorized financial activities or exploitation
Violations may result in account termination and reporting to authorities.
6. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. Fenixperience does not claim ownership.
6.1 License to Use User Content
You grant Fenixperience a limited license to use your content for operating and promoting the Platform.
6.2 Public vs. Private Content
- Public content is visible to all users
- Private messages remain private unless legally required
6.3 User Content Responsibilities
- You must own or have permission for all content you upload
- No copyright or privacy violations
6.4 Content Removal Rights
- Fenixperience may remove content violating rules or law
- Content may be preserved for legal requirements
7. Privacy & Data Sharing
Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and UAE PDPL regulations.

- Legal and regulatory authorities
- Corporate affiliates in restructuring events

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
8.1 Payment Terms
You authorize charges for purchases made on the Platform and must maintain valid billing information.
8.2 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

9. Platform Availability & Force Majeure
The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
Fenixperience is not liable for interruptions and may modify, restrict, or suspend access when necessary.
